On my first day at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, Director Chris Smith shared a quote that changed everything for me: “There are two important days in your life: the day you are born, and the day you find out why you were born.”
After a fifteen years in the corporate world, and not a lot to show for it other than a whole lot of stress, inflammation, and unhappiness, in that instant, I knew massage therapy was my true calling. Every time I work with a client, it brings me peace and joy; and it is my goal that at the end of every session, that you feel the same.
It is my privilege to serve a diverse range of clients—providing relief from everyday stress and hardship for some, and walking alongside others on their journey toward wellness and healing.
As a student therapist, just beginning my practice, I’m excited to bring fresh energy, care, and dedication to every session. Not every technique or therapist is the right fit for everyone, but if you’re curious to experience therapeutic massage in a supportive space, I’d love to invite you to the Student Lab at Colorado School of Healing Arts for you to try a complimentary student session.

Life brings its share of ups and downs—financial pressures, relationships, and the constant demands of our fast-paced world. I truly believe the one area we have real control over is ourselves. When life feels out of balance, our bodies often let us know through tension, fatigue, or discomfort.
Massage is one powerful way to support your wellness journey, helping restore harmony and ease. But it's not the only path—if I'm not the right fit for you, or if massage isn't what you need right now, that's completely okay. I'm always happy to connect you with another practitioner or modality that better aligns with your goals.
Your well-being is what matters most—let's find what works best for you!
